Jake is amazing! We started my weight loss journey in August of 2023 and so far I’ve lost over 30 lbs!! I’m the type of person where I’m too lazy to count my calorie's, but just by eating smaller portions and working out with Jake twice a week I’ve made a lot of progress! Since I’ve been having back pain recently he always asks how I’m feeling before our sessions and will create a workout plan that tailors to my specific needs! I will always recommend Jake to both men and women!! (:

The owner Jake Anders is training me to show up the best I can for fitness challenge that I joined. If it wasn’t for Jake, I wouldn’t be at the gym. He messages me throughout the week to ask me how well I’m doing and if I feel good with the program that he set up for me. I kept asking for alternatives to certain machines if they were busy and he always replied promptly with an alternative. He talked to me about nutrition and provided a lot of guidance that was helpful. I’m feeling good going into the fitness challenge “grading” and I’m feeling really good about out my transformation. I would not have made this much progress if it weren’t for Jake’s consistent messages and fitness and nutrition coaching and advice

Jake is very organized, pays attention to detail, personable, and resourceful in his field. He shares lots of different ways to eat healthy but still eat your favorite meals and he’s able to accommodate if you have any injuries. I started with Jake in April and lost 10% of my body fat mass in 6 months! Great experience!

I had a leg injury and Jake my personal trainer is fantastic in helping me to be able to walk and hike without the pain I was in. Jake is tremendous! I have never had a trainer before but thought I should get one for four months to teach me appropriate exercises to improve my balance, strength and posture. He has done all of that with a special emphasis on correct technique. He has my highest recommendation!

I’m in my 50s and in terrible shape/strength from working very long hours in a very sedentary job. I was intimidated by gyms and trainers but I started working out with Jake a few months ago and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. This is a journey for me, a work in progress, but I already see results within a couple of months from when I started with Jake. I’m getting my strength back and I even dropped 1 clothing size already from L to M. Jake is knowledgeable, friendly, very professional and knows exactly the right exercise needed, position and movement necessary to maximize results and most importantly for me, to avoid getting hurt. Jake is a great motivator and I’m learning a lot from him. I recommend Jake to everyone, regardless of age and ultimate goals because his customized approach, knowledge and patience makes him the best trainer.
